You can choose to upload your artwork on our product pages or alternatively, if you prefer, you can e-mail your artwork or upload files to a Dropbox folder;

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU UPLOAD A HIGH RES PDF FILE WITH TEXT CONVERTED TO CURVES.

THOUGH WE CAN ALSO ACCEPT JPEG AND TIFF FILES. WE ADVISE RASTER FILES (JPEG, TIFF ETC) SHOULD BE AT LEAST 450KB

UPLOADING YOUR ARTWORK:

Use the upload facility on the product page. Once uploaded you can select the quantity of prints required from this file and then add it to your shopping cart. You can repeat this process as often as you need before completing the checkout procedure. If you have any problems with the upload system, you can contact us here, or alternatively, select from one of the other options below.

EMAILING YOUR ARTWORK:

You can simply select the products required and choose to e-mail your artwork. Please forward the files as soon as possible after placing your order to stp@sigmasdi.com.

DROPBOX

If you select this option, you can upload your files to the Dropbox folddr that was set up when we created your account. If you can not access this folder please e-mail stp@sigmasdi.com and we will forward over a new link. If you do not yet have an account or a Dropbox folder we will contact you once you order has been placed to organise this for you.

ALL ARTWORK WILL BE CHECKED FOR RESOLUTION BEFORE PRINTING - ANY PROBELMS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL ASAP.

WE DO NOT OFFER A PRINT PROOF FOR YOUR ORDER - IF YOU REQUIRE A PROOF, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
